Premade Workout Plans
Since every athlete has different goals, each training template has a specific target: endurance, gaining muscle mass, developing strength, general fitness, and sports specific strength. Whatever your fitness goal, a 4 week training template is a solid choice. Every workout is about 45 to 60 minutes long.
